Masur Travels

Masur Travels is based out of the Masur Complex. We are right at Rajatgiri Cross on Kalghatgi Road here in Dharwad. The Vidyagiri Police Station is the closest big building to us, so that’s how most people find our place when they are looking. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking schedules on the computer. Dealing with travel means things are always changing, so we have to stay on top of it as best we can. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit in while they wait and a few desks piled with papers and notebooks. It’s often a bit noisy because of all the traffic on Kalghatgi Road, but you get used to it after a while. We started this because we liked the idea of helping people get from one place to another. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of long days, but we keep at it. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us are local and have lived in this part of Dharwad for years. We aren't a big chain or anything like that. Just a local spot where you can come in and talk to a real person face to face. Sometimes we have a bit of a backlog, especially during the holiday seasons, but we try to keep things moving. We just want to make sure people get where they need to go.
