Our place is in the Karnataka Building on PB Road, right in the Vidyanagar area. It’s a busy stretch of road. We are located opposite Sushrutha Hospital and right behind the Karnataka Bhavan. Because of the hospital nearby, we see a lot of people who are in a hurry or dealing with stressful situations. We try to keep things calm in the office. The building is one of those solid, older structures that stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We have a small space where we manage our fleet of autos and cars. PB Road is always full of traffic, so we spend a lot of time looking out at the vehicles zooming past. Our desk is usually covered in scrap paper with phone numbers and trip notes. We don’t have any slick marketing or a polished front office. It’s just us, some chairs, and a water cooler that sometimes leaks a little. We know most of the shortcut routes through Vidyanagar to avoid the worst of the PB Road jams. People come to us because we’re right there in a convenient spot. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on the logistics and making sure the drivers know their way around the back streets of Hubli. There is no big mission here, just daily work and ensuring the keys are handed over on time to the right people.
