Arihanth Driving School

It’s one of those parts of town where there are always people moving around, which makes it a good place to learn how to drive. We have a couple of cars that we use for the lessons. Most of the time, you’ll find us sitting in the car with someone who is just learning how to use the clutch for the first time. It can be a bit stressful when the roads are busy, but that’s the best way to learn, really. We don't have a big, fancy office. We just have a small spot where we handle the forms and the licenses. Most of our day is spent on the road, going around the different blocks of Vidya Nagar. We’ve been doing this for a while, so we know all the quiet spots for the first few lessons and the tougher spots for when the students get more confident. Hubli has its own way of traffic, and we try to make sure everyone understands how to navigate it without getting nervous. It’s a very practical business. We don't use any big words or promises. We just sit next to the driver and help them get the hang of it until they’re ready for their test. It’s a lot of gear shifting and checking mirrors every single day.
