Aggragannya Skills Private Limited

Our place is over at Survey No. 86A/3B in Shanti Sagar Colony. We’re right off P B Road in Narendra, which is part of Dharwad. Aggragannya Skills Private Limited has been in this 580005 area for a while now. The colony is usually pretty peaceful, which helps us focus. We have a modest office space that we’ve made our own over the years. There are some shelves filled with manuals and folders, and the desks are usually covered in notes and scraps of paper. It’s not a sterile environment; it feels like people actually work here. We have a small team from the local area. Most of us have been together for quite some time, so we know how each other likes their tea. Dharwad is a good place to be based. The weather is usually decent, though it gets a bit dusty when the wind picks up off the main road. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the entrance. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it. We keep things simple. We come in early, handle what needs doing, and try to wrap up before it gets too late. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs fixing, whoever is closest just grabs a tool and does it. It’s a very hands-on way to run things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. We enjoy the local food from the canteen nearby.
