Walter Caraven

Walter Caraven is located at 19, J. L. Nehru Road, right in the heart of the New Market Area in Dharmatala. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. If you know the neighborhood, you know how loud and crowded it gets on J. L. Nehru Road. We are just a small part of that daily rush. The building we are in is old, and it has its share of quirks. The stairs are a bit steep and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it works for us. We don't really go for a corporate look. It's more of a place where you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the desk. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but that’s just life in Dharmatala. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s just us doing our thing. Most of our visitors are people who have been coming to this area for years. We’ve seen the shops around us change and the streets get busier. We just keep our head down and handle the daily tasks. There’s no big mission statement here. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is finished. It’s a bit messy and loud, but it’s where we belong. People find us because they know the address or they saw the sign while walking through New Market.
