We are located out in Velampatti, which is part of the Dharmapuri district. Specifically, you can find Susam Exports (Opc) Private Limited at 2/84, Maruthipatti. It is a lot quieter out here than in the big cities. Being an One Person Company means things are handled a bit differently. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. Most of the day is spent checking on the goods we are getting ready for export. Since we are in a more rural area, we work closely with what's available around us. The pace is a little different, but the work is still hard. There is plenty of paperwork to keep up with, and making sure the items are right before anything leaves the village is the main thing. We use a small space for storage and a little area for the office work. Sometimes the roads aren't great, especially when it rains, so we have to plan our transport carefully. It’s just how things are in this part of the country. We don’t have a big staff, just a few people helping out when things get busy.
