Ultra Tech Cement Ltd.

This is the Ultra Tech Cement Ltd. spot at Vikram Cement Core. It’s a pretty busy area with a lot of movement every single day. We have been operating out of this core for a bit. There’s always a lot of heavy lifting and making sure the supplies are handled correctly. It’s a workplace where you learn to appreciate a good pair of boots because you are on your feet quite a bit. We don’t have any fancy carpets or quiet offices here. It’s mostly just the sound of the operation and people trying to get things loaded up. People who work here know the drill. We start early when it is still a bit cool outside. The Vikram Cement Core location is easy enough to find if you know the area. We see a lot of the same drivers coming through. It's mostly about keeping the schedule moving. We don't spend much time talking about big goals or anything, we just focus on the pile of work sitting in front of us for the day. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to fix it on the fly. It is just how it goes in this line of work. We keep the paperwork in the small office and the rest of the space is for the heavy stuff. It's a plain place but it works for us. We've got a good rhythm going most weeks.
