We are located in Ward No. 3 on Devnath Mandir Road in Nisarpur. It is a pretty central spot, being so close to the Devnath Mandir and the police station. You can usually hear the bells from the temple during the day while we are working. The shop is mostly full of bags of cement, sand, and other stuff people need for building houses. It gets really crowded on the street sometimes, which makes unloading the big supply trucks a real struggle. We have to time it right so we don't block the whole road and get the police upset. My family has been around this area for a long time, so we know most of the people walking by every day. It is not just about selling materials; it is about being part of the neighborhood. The office is just a small corner with a wooden desk where we write everything down. We don't use any complicated systems here. If the weather is bad, things slow down because nobody is building, so we just sit and wait it out. It is a simple life. We try to keep enough stock so that when a local builder comes in, we have what they need ready to go right then. Sometimes we run out of things and have to wait for the next delivery, which can be annoying for everyone. It is just a lot of dust and heavy lifting every single day.
