Mehta Institute

Mehta Institute is located at 24 Trimurti Nagar. It is a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is good for what we do. We have a few rooms set up with desks and whiteboards. It is not like those big fancy colleges you see in the city center. We keep things basic. Most of the students come from the nearby houses. We started this because there were not many places around here to study properly. The front gate sometimes sticks when it rains, so you have to give it a good push. We have got books piled up in the corner of the main hall. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the younger kids are leaving and the older ones are arriving for their evening sessions. I usually handle the schedules myself while the other teachers focus on the classes. We do not have a big marketing budget or anything. People just see the board outside on the street. We spend our days explaining things over and over until they click. It is a lot of talking. The chairs are not the most comfortable, but they do the job. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many students coming in and out, there is always a stray pen or a notebook left behind. It is just a local place for learning. We have got a small water cooler by the door that everyone uses. The neighborhood is quiet enough that we can keep the windows open.
