Medicaps Ltd.

Our place is out on Mhow Neemuch Road, specifically in Sector- 1 of Pithampur. If you know the area, you know it is very industrial. Medicaps Ltd. fits right in with the other factories around here. We spend the day making capsules. It is noisy inside sometimes because of the machines, but you get used to the hum after a few minutes. We have a lot of people coming in for different shifts. The road outside can get pretty crowded with trucks, so you have to be careful when you're leaving the gate. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything. It's just the factory floor and some small offices for the supervisors. We focus on getting the counts right and making sure the shells are the right size. It is practical work. Most of us have been here for a few years, so we know the machines pretty well. Lunchtime is usually spent outside if the weather is okay, just to get away from the noise for a bit. Sector- 1 is a busy part of Pithampur, and there is always something going on. We just keep our heads down and do the tasks. The dust from the road gets on everything if we leave the windows open too long. It's not a complicated life. We make things, we pack them, and then they go out on the trucks. That's the whole story.
