Our place is located out on Plot Number 319, right along Road Number 7 here in Pithampur. It is an industrial area, so there are lots of trucks and other businesses around us. We are mostly focused on the production side of things. Inside, it is a lot of machines and people in lab coats or uniforms making sure everything is running right. It gets a bit noisy sometimes with all the equipment, but that is just part of the job. We have been at this location for a while. The road out here can get a bit dusty when the weather is dry, but the facility stays clean inside because it has to be. Most of the staff comes from nearby towns. We spend our days managing batches and checking the logistics of getting things shipped out. It is not a retail shop where people just walk in off the street to buy a single bandage. It is more about the manufacturing and the technical side of the pharma business. We have got a decent-sized space on this plot, which gives us room for the storage we need. It is a practical setup. We do not have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything. It is just a solid workplace where we get our daily tasks done. Everyone knows their role, from the loading bay to the office desks. It is hard work, but we like being part of the Pithampur industrial hub.
