We set up shop at Shop Number 1 in Akoliya, right near Akoliyapratap. It’s just Ganadheesh Developers Llp. We started this because there was a need for some real work around the village. Mostly, we handle the day-to-day stuff that comes with building things and planning out plots. It gets dusty out here, but we like being close to where the projects actually are. Our office isn't fancy, just a room where we can sit down with folks and look at maps or talk about land. Most of our days are spent out on the sites, checking on progress or meeting with people from the village. It’s a lot of manual coordination. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than the actual digging, which is frustrating, but that’s just how it goes. If you’re heading towards Akoliyapratap, you’ll probably see our sign. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises, just getting the jobs finished so people can move in or use the space. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and work. You won't find any glossy brochures here. We just use what we have and make sure the walls stay straight. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it. We’re usually there in the mornings if anyone needs to drop by to discuss a project or see a site plan.
