Pithampur is a dusty place, especially out here in Phase-2. Our spot in the Miscellaneous Zone is where we do all our work for Innovative Clad Solutions. It’s an industrial area, so don’t expect any lush gardens or quiet streets. We spend most of our time dealing with cladding materials and figuring out how to get things shipped out on time. The workshop floor is usually where the real action is, rather than the desks. We’ve got a decent-sized space, but it fills up fast when a new shipment arrives. Working in a factory zone means you get used to the noise of trucks and machines early in the morning. Our team is mostly local folks who know their way around a site. We don't spend much on office decor because that isn't what we’re about. It’s more about making sure the sheets are cut right and the orders are packed properly. Sometimes the power goes out or the weather makes things a bit miserable, but that’s just part of being out here in Pithampur. We started this because we knew the area and saw a need for what we do. It’s hard work and the days are long. Most of us go home with dusty boots and a bit of a headache from the machinery, but it’s a living. We just keep our heads down and keep the line moving, trying to stay ahead of the schedule as best as we can manage.
