Yuvraj Nirman Private Limited

We set up Yuvraj Nirman Private Limited at House Number 25 in the Surya Highland City. It’s in Section B, Road 10, over in the Karmatand area of Koylanagar, and the address mentions Nandana Simplex as well. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but it’s a nice place to be based. We do construction and development work around here. The neighborhood is growing quite a bit, so there is usually something to do. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a dedicated group of us making sure that the houses and buildings we work on are solid. We spend a lot of time checking on things at the sites and making sure the supplies show up. Sometimes the trucks are late or the rain stops us for a few days, but that's just life in the building trade. We like being in Surya Highland City because it feels like we are right in the middle of where people are living and starting their families. Our office is basically just a room in the house where we keep our files and maps. We don't need much more than that. Most of our time is spent out in the dust and the sun anyway. We just try to be helpful and do a decent day's work for a decent day's pay. It’s simple, really. It’s home for us.
