You can find Royal Cottage & Developers over at Quarter No.1230 in Sector 12, right in the heart of Bokaro Steel City. We are situated in the Bansgora area, quite close to the National Highway 32 and not far from the State Bank of India. Working in a place like Bokaro means we deal with a lot of people who work at the plant or have families nearby. We started this business because we saw people struggling to find decent housing options that didn't cost a fortune. We build small cottages and handle various development tasks around the sector. It is a lot of back and forth with the local authorities and making sure the supplies arrive on time. Some days the highway traffic makes things slow, but we are used to it by now. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular quarter where we keep our maps and blueprints spread out on the table. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. If you want to know what we are working on, you just have to come by and have a look at the sites. We prefer showing the actual work rather than just talking about it. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work out for the folks living around here. We just try to build things that are solid and affordable for the neighbors.
