Our office is over on J C Mallick Road in the Hirapur area of Dhanbad. We’ve been here at Youngtalent Pvt. Ltd. for a few years now. It’s a simple office space where we handle things related to recruitment and finding work for people in the area. Dhanbad is a busy place, and there are always people looking for a start or a change in their careers. We sit at our desks, go through piles of papers, and make a lot of phone calls. The building is older, and sometimes the fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it works fine. We aren't some big corporate giant from the city. We are just local folks who understand how the job market looks around here. People drop by with their resumes, and we talk to them about what they can do. Sometimes we have good news, sometimes we don't, but we always try to be straight with them. J C Mallick Road can get pretty packed in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up before the traffic gets too bad. It’s a quiet enough life, helping people find a way to earn a living. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just connect people to jobs and hope for the best. There is always a pot of tea going and a lot of stories to hear from the visitors.
