Vishnupriya Builders Llp is based right here in Dhanbad. Our office is in the Chiragora area of Hirapur, which is the 826001 area. We’ve been set up in this part of Dhanbad-Dhanbad for quite a while. The office isn’t anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can meet and keep our files in order. It’s usually pretty dusty because of all the construction and traffic nearby, but that’s just how it is in this town. We handle building projects and some development work around the local neighborhoods. You won't find any slick brochures here. Instead, you’ll see us looking at maps and talking to contractors about cement and bricks. Most of our days are spent making sure things are moving along on the different sites we manage. We’re a local bunch and we don't try to act like we’re some huge national company. It’s just us and a few staff members making sure the bills get paid and the projects get finished. If you walk by our place in Hirapur, you might hear us arguing a bit about a delivery or just laughing over lunch. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job for the folks who hire us. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be doing it here in Dhanbad. There is always a lot of paperwork to get through, but we manage.
