Verdant Architects & Designers

You can find us right in the BCCL Township area of Dhanbad. We are located right beside the Pragati Nursing Home. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the center of the city. We do both architecture and design work here. Usually, the office is full of sketches and different material samples. It is a bit of a mess but we know where every single thing is kept. We have been working in this township for a good while. Most people who live around here know where the nursing home is, so they do not have much trouble finding our door. We are not a big firm with hundreds of employees. It is a small team and we like it that way. We get to know the people we work for. Designing a space is a personal thing, so we try to keep things friendly. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just do the work and let that speak for itself. Sometimes we are out on sites more than we are in the office. Building things takes a lot of time and patience. We have had some tricky projects over the years but we always find a way through. It is about being practical and using what you have. We just enjoy the process of seeing something go from a drawing to a real building. It is satisfying.
