Bokaro is a very planned-out place, and being in a housing society makes sense for what we do. We work on both the structural stuff and the inside bits of houses. The space we work in is basically just a room filled with catalogs, color swatches, and measuring tapes. It’s not very organized, but we know where everything is. Living and working in the same general area means we see our clients at the market or just walking down the street. It keeps you honest because you can’t hide if something goes wrong with a project. We handle everything from the initial drawings to picking out the curtains. It's a lot of back and forth with the workers and the homeowners. The weather in Bokaro can be a bit extreme, so we spend a lot of time making sure our designs can handle the heat. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just do the work and hope that the house looks good enough for the neighbors to ask who did it. That's how we've always gotten our business. Usually, we are around if you want to stop by.
