Tulashar Construction And Developers is basically a small team working out of Katras Bazar. We’ve been set up here at Sri Shyam Sadan in Tikam Bagan for a bit now. It’s a busy neighborhood, especially with everything happening around Shyamdih. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the streets and the people. We do a lot of building work, mostly local stuff that needs getting done. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we keep the papers and meet up before heading to a job site. Being right in Katras Bazar 79 makes it easy for folks to drop by if they have a question about a wall or a roof. We don't really do the big city corporate thing. It’s more about showing up on time and making sure the bricks are straight. Sometimes the weather makes things slow, but that’s just how it goes in construction. We handle the paperwork for the developers' side of things too, which can be a headache, but someone has to do it. If you’re walking near Tikam Bagan, you’ll see our sign. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or fancy promises, just hard work. It gets dusty and loud on site, but that’s the job we chose. We’re glad to be part of the community here in this part of town and hope to keep at it for a long time.
