Our office is located in Kusum Vihar, which is part of the BCCL Township in Dhanbad. We are situated near the Jharkhand Engineering College, so we see a lot of students and young professionals around this area. Success Workforce Solutions is a small operation where we spend our days looking at resumes and talking to people about jobs. It’s not a fancy glass building; it’s a practical office space that fits the needs of a workforce firm. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, so you’ll usually see files stacked up on the desks and people typing away. The BCCL Township area has a specific feel to it, very industrial and straightforward, which matches how we work. We don't use a lot of big words or make grand promises. We just try to connect people with the work that's available. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other times the phone won’t stop ringing for hours. We’ve got a few chairs for people to sit while they wait to talk to us. Being near the engineering college is helpful because it keeps us in touch with the local community. We just go about our business day by day, trying to keep things organized and making sure we respond to everyone who reaches out. It’s a humble place in Dhanbad where we just do our job without much fanfare. We like the local vibe of Kusum Vihar and the people we meet here.
