Adrijas Kitchen

Adrijas Kitchen is located in Parbati Tower, over in the Kusum Vihar area of Saraidhela, Dhanbad. We are pretty easy to find if you know where Doon Public School is, as we are right near there. Being in a kitchen means our day starts early. There is always something that needs to be prepped or a delivery that needs to be checked. It gets pretty warm in here once the stoves are going, but that is just part of the job. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us making sure the food is ready and the space is clean. You can often hear the school kids outside during their breaks, which gives the neighborhood a bit of life. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. It’s a simple setup in the tower. We spend most of our time focused on the ingredients and the cooking. There isn't much time for fancy talk when there are orders waiting. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can get a bit chaotic. That’s just how it goes when you’re working with food. We use the same local suppliers we’ve known for years. It’s a practical business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure people have something good to eat. It is hard work, but we are used to it by now.
