If you are looking for our office, we are up on the second floor of the Sri Krishna Tower in Saraidhela. It is a busy part of Dhanbad, but we like it here. Shrotriya Developers is a small team and we share the space with Padmaja Pandey at Flat A-A1/1. Construction and developing property in a city like this is never really easy. There is always noise, dust, and a lot of back-and-forth with contractors. We spend most of our mornings checking on various sites and the afternoons dealing with the paperwork in the office. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once. We started this because we saw how much Dhanbad was growing. It felt like a good time to get involved. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Jharkhand, just a reliable one that people can actually talk to. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s just how it goes. We don't put out many ads or anything. Most people find us because they know someone we worked for before. We keep our plans simple and try to stay on schedule, though everyone knows how construction goes. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on cement deliveries. We’re just glad to be working here in the middle of everything in Saraidhela.
