If you head down Tundoo Road in Dhanbad, you’ll find us at H.No. 163, which we call Chandan Niwas. That is where Shree Jeen Bhawani Construction & Developers Private Limited runs its operations. Dhanbad is a busy place, and being out near the P.O. Tundoo area gives us a bit of space to breathe while we work. We’ve been handling construction for a while now. It’s tough work, especially in the heat, but we stay busy. Our team isn't very big. We mostly just focus on getting the projects finished so the families can move in. Shree Jeen Bhawani Construction & Developers Private Limited is basically a local effort. We know the suppliers around here and where to get decent sand and gravel. Some days are spent just waiting on permits or dealing with the rain, but that’s the construction business for you. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the main table. We think it’s better that way, keeps things simple. We are just regular people from Jharkhand trying to make a living by building things that last. We’ve had to fix our share of mistakes over the years, but we always make sure the end result is solid. It’s about being there every day and putting in the hours. That is how we do things here, and it keeps us busy.
