Our office is located at House Number 109Ri in the Preet Vihar Colony. It’s right on J.C. Mallick Road in the Hirapur area of Dhanbad. We share the space at Meera Devi’s place. It’s a regular residential neighborhood, which makes it feel more like a community business than a corporate one. We focus on construction projects throughout Dhanbad and the surrounding parts of Jharkhand. Being in Hirapur, we are pretty central to a lot of the activity in town. We started Samvriddhi because there was a need for reliable builders who actually show up when they say they will. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the contracts and the site management. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the office here in Preet Vihar and the actual job sites. Sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy on the desk, but we know where everything is. We source our materials locally whenever we can to keep things moving. Dhanbad is a tough place for construction with the dust and the mining activity, but we’re used to it. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just try to do a solid job on every wall we build. People in the colony know us, and we like it that way. If someone needs something built or repaired, they usually just give us a call or stop by the house. We’re just trying to keep the business moving and do right by our neighbors.
