We are Sai Bhumi Realcon Private Limited. We are located in the Digwadih area of Dhanbad. Our office is in a spot called Phusbanglow. It is a place that most people around here know well. The son of Nandjee Singh is the one who runs the daily operations. We deal with real estate and developing land. Dhanbad can be a pretty tough place to work because of all the coal mines and the constant dust in the air. You just get used to it after a while. Our office is nothing special to look at from the outside. It is just a basic space where we keep our maps and registers. We spend a good amount of our time out on the actual land. We check boundaries and talk to the people living nearby. It involves a lot of walking and standing out in the hot sun. We do not have a big team for marketing or sales. Most of our business comes from neighbors who already know us. We have been in Digwadih for a long time now. People tend to trust us because we are from this community. We are not trying to be the biggest company in all of Jharkhand. We just want to do our daily work and then head home to our families. Sometimes the paperwork gets stuck in the office, which is annoying, but that is just how the business goes.
