Rpa Farming And Training Private Limited is located right at Tarun Kumar Mahato’s property in Shramik Nagar. If you know the Bhuli area in Dhanbad, you’ll find us near the Tetulmari police station. We started this because we saw a lot of people around here who wanted to learn more about farming but didn't know where to start. We do a bit of actual farming ourselves and also spend time showing others the ropes. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We don't have fancy classrooms or anything like that. We just use the land and the space we have in Jharkhand. Sometimes the heat in Dhanbad makes it tough to be outside all day, but we get on with it. Tarun is usually around if you need to talk about seeds or how to plant things in this soil. We see a lot of local guys coming through wanting to improve their small plots. It is good to see people taking an interest in growing their own stuff again. The address might be a bit hard to find if you aren't from around Shramik Nagar, but most people know the post office nearby. We just keep things simple and try to be helpful to anyone who stops by. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focused on the dirt and the plants. We are not doing anything grand, just teaching what we know about the land.
