We are at Ganesh Yadav’s place, he’s the son of the late Sohar Yadav. It is a well-known spot around here. Being on the G.T. The hotel business in an area like Kowabandh is about being practical. We don't have much time for being fancy because things move fast and people are usually just passing through. Our office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we handle the books. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the local logistics. It is a family-oriented sort of vibe, rooted in the local community. The summer days are long and quite hot, so we usually drink a lot of cold water and try to stay in the shade.
