Our office is located right in the City Centre over on L C Road in Dhanbad. Rna Realcon Llp has been based out of Flat No 511 for some time now. Being in the center of town means it's always noisy and there’s always something happening outside. It’s a convenient spot for us because everything is close by, even if parking is usually a nightmare around here. We deal with real estate stuff, mostly focusing on things happening right here in Jharkhand. It’s a small team of us working out of the flat. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at floor plans on the big table. Dhanbad is a tough place to work sometimes, but we like it here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a local operation where we know the names of the people we work with. The building gets a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. We try to keep things simple and just get the job done without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the elevators in the City Centre are slow, but we’ve gotten used to it. We keep our files organized and try to stay on top of the local market changes. It’s just us, doing what we do, day in and day out. If you find yourself in the 826001 area, that’s where you’ll find our little workspace. It's nothing special to look at, but it works for us.
