Modulus Construction (Opc) Private Limited is run out of Dhanbad, specifically in the Pandra and Nirsha area. We are located care of Biswa Nath Chatterjee. It’s a local setup in Jharkhand. Being an OPC means it’s a bit more personal than the bigger firms. We handle various construction jobs around the district. Pandra is a familiar place to us, and we know the roads and the people here pretty well. Our office is not some high-rise building; it’s just a regular place where we keep our tools, records, and plans. Dhanbad is a place that never really stops, with all the mining and development going on. We are part of that growth, even if we are just a small part. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day at a site in Nirsha, and other times we are stuck inside doing the taxes and the payroll. It’s a balance. We try to keep things simple. If there’s a problem on a job, we just go out and see to it ourselves. That’s how we’ve always done it. It’s a bit of a commute sometimes between the different parts of Dhanbad, but we are used to the roads by now.
