Kumar Sale & Service

We are located out in Chanchani Colony, right along Rahargora Road. If you know where the Shiv Temple is, we are just a short walk from there. This is a quiet part of Dhanbad, mostly just houses and small shops like ours. We started Kumar Sale & Service because there wasn't much else around for people in Nagnagar who needed things fixed or bought. It’s just a small shop near the village post office. Some mornings it’s just me and a helper getting things ready for the day. We handle a bit of everything that comes our way. The road can get a bit dusty in the summer, but people still make their way down here. We don't have a big team or a fancy showroom. It's mostly just tools, parts, and whatever we’re working on that day. Sometimes people just stop by to chat while they wait for their stuff to be looked at. Being near the temple means we see a lot of the same faces every week. It’s a family-run kind of thing. We don't really do much advertising because everyone in the colony knows where we are anyway. We just keep our heads down and work. If something is broken, we try to see if it can be fixed before we suggest a replacement. It’s a living, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. That's our daily life here.
