KMMD Construction Private Limited is located in Dumarkunda South, which is part of the Nirsa-cum-Chirkunda area. It’s a bit out of the way, but we’ve been working here for quite a while. Our setup is pretty simple and we don’t put on any airs. We mostly handle local construction projects, whether it's something small or a bit more involved. The roads around here can be a bit of a mess, especially during the monsoon, so moving heavy equipment around takes some planning. We aren't a big company with a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our previous projects or know us through word of mouth. We have a small group of workers who have been with us for a long time. They know the area and they know how we like things done. Construction is a lot of hard work and there is always something that goes wrong, like a late delivery or a mistake that needs fixing. We just handle those issues and keep moving forward. We don't have a fancy office or a polished way of speaking. We just tell it like it is and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay busy enough with the projects we have. It’s not always pretty work, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep plugging away at it day after day.
