We are located at Flat No 302 in the Pratik Enclave apartment building. It’s right on Pandit Clinic Road, not too far from the Dhanbad Vikas Vidyalay Housing Colony. It’s a decent spot for an office. We do real estate and construction work around Dhanbad. Usually, someone is in the office during the day, unless we are all out at a site checking on progress. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know the business well. We’ve been working in this area for a while, so we know the local regulations and the best places to get sand and bricks. People stop by the flat to talk about buying land or building a new house. It’s a bit informal, we just sit down and look at the maps or the drawings. The Pandit Clinic Road can get a bit busy, but it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. We just focus on the buildings. Some of the projects take longer than we want because of the rains, but we try to stay on schedule. We handle the paperwork and the labor, making sure things are done right. It's a small operation, but we stay steady. We like being based in Pratik Enclave because it’s central to most of the places we are building. We are just regular folks doing our jobs.
