Jai Baba Basukinath Buildwell is over on J.C. Mallick Road in Dhanbad. We are in the Astha Dharnidhar building, specifically in flat number 1D. Vijay Kumar Singhal’s name is on the property. It’s a decent area, not too far from the main parts of town but just tucked away enough. We do a lot of building and development work. If you walk into our office, you’ll probably see stacks of blueprints and some samples of tiles or stone lying around. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily tasks. Dhanbad has a lot of growth happening, and we try to keep up with it. The J.C. Mallick Road can get a bit cramped with traffic during the evening rush, but it's a good place to be located. We spend our time talking to contractors and making sure the supplies arrive at the sites when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or the weather turning bad, and we just have to deal with it as it comes. We’ve been operating from this flat for a bit now. It feels like a home office in many ways. We are just a small group of people trying to build things that stay standing. There's no secret to it, just staying on top of the work every single day. We keep it simple and keep moving.
