You can find Jagdamba Rubber Works right on Gandhi Nagar Main Road. Being on the main road means we see a lot of people and cars going by every single day. It can get pretty noisy with all the horns and traffic, but it keeps us feeling like we are in the middle of everything. The shop itself is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We handle all sorts of rubber-related jobs here. Usually, the floor is covered in small scraps or dust, but that’s just how it goes when you’re working. We don't have a receptionist or anything; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the counter. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We’ve been on this road for many years, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’re still here doing our thing. Some days are better than others, and sometimes the machines give us a bit of trouble, but we always figure it out. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do. We just work with rubber and try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Most of our regulars are folks from the neighborhood who have been coming to us for a long time. It’s a decent living, and we enjoy the daily routine of it all. If you’re driving down the main road, just look for our sign near the corner.
