Ipshy Developers Private Limited

Our office is over on J.C. Mallick Road in Hirapur, right near the Nepal Kali Mandir. It’s House Number 92, and we share the space with Munmun Singh. Dhanbad is a crowded place, especially around Hirapur, but it’s where all the action is. Ipshy Developers is just our way of staying busy and helping build up the local area. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual headaches of property development. There are always permits to sign and contractors who don't show up on time. It can be frustrating, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't pretend to be some huge firm. We’re just a small team working out of a residential street. Sometimes the temple bells are ringing while we’re trying to go over a site plan, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We don't do much advertising. Most of our clients are people who live nearby or heard about us from a neighbor. We try to be sensible with our projects. We don't take on more than we can handle. It keeps things manageable and helps us stay sane. Construction in Dhanbad is a lot of work, but we enjoy seeing a new building take shape where there used to be nothing. We’re just local folks doing what we know how to do. No more, no less.
