We've been here in Bokaro Steel City for a while now, specifically at Q.No 2081 on A Road in Sector 9D. Most people know the spot. We mostly deal with weighing equipment and industrial scales because that's what's needed in this area. It's not a fancy office, just a place where we get things done and help out the local plants and smaller shops when their gear starts acting up. Sometimes the weather gets really dusty around here, which isn't great for sensitive equipment, but we manage to keep everything running. There's about four of us in the office most days. We drink a lot of tea while looking at repair logs or talking to folks who come in needing a part replaced. It isn't anything glamorous. We just handle the calibrations and make sure the numbers are right because if the scales are off, it causes a lot of trouble for everyone involved. We try to be quick but some jobs take longer than you'd think. We've seen a lot of changes in the steel city over the years. The traffic on A Road has definitely gotten worse lately. Still, we like being here and knowing the regulars. If someone stops by, we usually have time to talk about what's wrong with their machine. It’s a pretty steady life, just focusing on the tools that keep the local trade moving along.
