We have been around Dhanbad for a while now, based out of the Chuna Godown area in Saraidhela. Sandeep Kumar Jha started this up, and we mostly just handle local building projects. It is a small operation. We do not have a big fancy office, just the place in Hirapur where we manage the daily jobs and keep our paperwork. It is usually pretty busy here. Most days we are just looking at site plans or talking to suppliers about getting materials delivered on time. Dhanbad has its own way of doing things, and we try to stick to that. People know us from around the neighborhood. We do the work ourselves or hire folks we know from the local area. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or transport issues, but that is just how it goes in the construction business. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to get the houses built and move on to the next one. It is a lot of dust and hard work, especially when the heat gets bad in the summer. We have stayed in the same spot for quite some time now, right there near the godowns. If you are walking around Saraidhela, you have probably passed by our door once or twice. We keep things pretty straightforward and do not bother with big speeches. We just work on buildings here in Jharkhand. It is what we know.
