Anika Housing Private Limited

We are over in Sumitra Apartment, room 201-B. If you know Dhanbad, you’ll find us easily on Polytechnic Road. It’s always a bit noisy with the students and traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days dealing with housing stuff for Anika Housing. It’s mostly just us answering phones and looking over maps. The office isn't anything special. We have a few old chairs and a desk that’s always cluttered with blueprints and tea cups. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have those fancy websites or big billboards. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see the sign on the building. We’ve been part of this Dhanbad community for a while. It’s a lot of paperwork, honestly. Checking land titles and making sure the layouts are right takes up most of our time. We aren't doing anything flashy. Just helping people figure out where they can build their homes or buy a flat. The weather in Jharkhand can be tough, especially when it rains and the road gets muddy, but we still show up. It’s just how we work. Nothing too complicated, just a small team trying to keep things moving in the housing market around here. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city lately, but our little spot on Polytechnic Road stays pretty much the same.
