ALOKIK INFRA BUILD LLP is over in Bekharband, Dhanbad. We are in the Grewal Apartment, specifically Flat No E/5 in Grewal Colony. It’s a bit more of a quiet residential area compared to the main market, which is nice when we need to focus on drawing up plans. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We are a small LLP and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. Dhanbad has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up and we’ve tried to stay part of that growth. Most of our time is spent balancing the books and talking to the labor supervisors. It can be a bit of a headache dealing with the city rules and all the different permits, but it's part of the job. We don't have a polished pitch to give people. If someone asks what we do, we just show them what we are currently building. Sometimes we are working on flats and sometimes it’s more industrial stuff. It depends on who calls us. The apartment office is usually full of rolls of blueprints and coffee cups. We don't bother with fancy furniture or anything. As long as we have a working desk and a phone, we are good to go. It’s just us doing our bit in the construction world here.
