Our facility is located at Plot 3-B in Sector 4 of the Kheda Mpakvn area. It is a proper industrial zone, so there are factories and warehouses all around us. The roads are wide but they can get quite bumpy with all the heavy trailers moving in and out all day long. We work with pre-engineered buildings, which means there is a lot of large-scale steel work happening. You can hear the cranes and the sound of metal hitting metal from a distance. It’s a big space because we need the room to move long beams and heavy frames. The dust is something we just live with here. Inside the office part, it’s a bit quieter, but you can still feel the vibration of the machinery. Our team is usually busy with blueprints or out on the shop floor checking the fabrication. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. It is a functional place built for heavy work. Lunch breaks are usually spent in the canteen or just sitting outside if the weather is okay. We’ve been in this sector for a bit and we know the rhythms of the industrial estate. It’s not the most beautiful place to work, but it is where things get built. We focus on getting the steel cut and welded correctly so the buildings stay up. That is the main thing we do every day. It is hard work but someone has to do it. We stay busy throughout the year.
