We deal with castings, which means there is a lot of heat and heavy machinery involved. The floor is usually covered in sand and metal bits, and it gets quite warm, especially in the summer months. We have our regular crew who knows the machines inside and out. It’s a lot of physical work, and nobody here is wearing a suit. We are more comfortable in boots and work clothes.
