You can find Magadh Precision Equipment over at Number 11 in Industrial Area 2, just off A.B. Road. We’ve been set up here for quite some time, focusing on making parts and equipment that need to be just right. It’s a lot of measuring and double-checking, which can be a bit tedious but it’s necessary for what we do. The floor is always covered in a bit of oil and metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep. We have some old lathes and a few newer machines that we use every day. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it gets the job done for us. A.B. Road is always busy, so there’s a constant hum of traffic in the background while we work. We usually have the radio playing to keep the mood light and help the time go by faster. Most of our guys have been here since the beginning, so we’re more like a family than just coworkers. We share tea in the mornings and talk about whatever is happening in the news before starting the machines. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we spend the whole day trying to find the right part to fix it. That’s just part of the routine. We don’t try to act like we’re some big international firm. We’re just a local workshop making equipment for people who need it. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
