Garnet Tools

We are located in the 2-D Industrial Area on Ujjain Road in Dewas. It’s a pretty standard industrial zone, so it’s mostly factories and warehouses around us. We make tools for various industrial applications. The air here is always a bit heavy with the smell of exhaust and metal. Our shop is a simple concrete building with a large metal door that we keep open most of the day for a bit of air. Inside, there are rows of shelves where we keep the finished tools and the raw steel. It’s a loud place once the grinding wheels start spinning. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for a long time. They don't need much instruction anymore; they just know what needs to be done. We don't have a fancy office or any place for meetings. Usually, if a customer comes by, we just stand near the machines and talk. It’s a very practical environment. We get a lot of dust from the road, especially when the big trucks go by on their way to Ujjain. We don't do much in the way of advertising or sales pitches. We just focus on making tools that don't break. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it seem like anything more than it is. We just want to get the tools made right.
