Jam Khambhadiya Devbhumi Dwarka Spnf Producer Company Limited

We are based in Juvangadh, near the Dalu Varu Talav in the Khambhaliya taluka. Our spot is at Rs No 419. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say our full name, Jam Khambhadiya Devbhumi Dwarka Spnf Producer Company Limited, so we usually just keep it simple when we talk. We are in the Jamnagar area, close to the water. The office is just a small place where we gather to sort out the business of the producer group. We don't have air conditioning or fancy lights. We just have some fans and a few desks. Most of our work involves meeting with the members and talking about their yields. We spend time looking at the books and making sure the numbers add up. It is not very exciting work, but it has to be done. We don't have a marketing department to write nice things about us. We just tell people where we are and what we are doing. Sometimes the roads are rough, but we make it out to the fields regardless. It’s a group effort. No one is the boss in a way that makes them better than anyone else. We all just pitch in to make sure the production side stays on track. It’s a humble setup, but it works for us here in Juvangadh. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep everything moving.
