Our office is over in Jamnagar, specifically at Capital Point 6, right near the Rajdhani Hotel in the Motikhavdi area. It’s a very busy part of town because of all the heavy industry located around here. We’ve been based in this particular spot for some time now. Working at L&T in this location means we are always right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the town. It’s certainly not a quiet place, but there’s always a lot of energy around. Our office isn’t very large, but it’s plenty of space for what we need to do. We spend most of our time coordinating different things and making sure every project stays on track. It often gets quite dusty with all the truck traffic passing by, but that’s just part of living in Jamnagar. We don’t really do anything fancy or try to impress visitors with big words. We just do our jobs and try to do them correctly every single day. There are many people coming and going from the hotel right next door, so there’s always something happening outside our window. Our team is quite small, and we mostly just focus on the boring day-to-day stuff. We are not some polished corporate entity with a big marketing budget. We’re just a group of workers trying to keep things moving. We usually just keep our heads down and get through the massive workload every week. It keeps us pretty busy and focused.
