If you go to the Sugar Mill area in Bhujauli Colony, you’ll find us at House No/ Ward No - 713/13. That’s where Nilstruo Software Private Limited operates from. It’s a residential-feeling area, very quiet compared to the main market. The sugar mill used to be the big landmark around here, so everyone knows the general vicinity. Our office is just a part of the building that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s not a big corporate building with an elevator or anything like that. We have a few computers and some desks, and that’s about it. We spend our time working on software projects, mostly just keeping things running for the people we work with. It's a small operation, just a handful of us who know each other well. We don't have fancy titles or a strict dress code. Most days we just wear whatever is comfortable and get to work. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of the location, but we find ways to get around it. We like being in the colony because it’s peaceful and we don’t have to deal with the noise of the city center. It’s a straightforward life. We come in, do our hours, maybe have some tea together in the afternoon, and then go home. It’s just a local group of people doing tech work in a place you wouldn't necessarily expect to find it.
