X Unisex Saloon

Our shop is tucked away in the BDA Market at Paschim Vihar. If you are looking for Shop Number 3, that is us. Being in Delhi, there is always a lot of movement and noise around, and the market is no different. We see a lot of people every day, both men and women, coming in for a quick trim or maybe something a bit more involved. We decided to call it a unisex saloon because we wanted everyone to feel okay coming in. It’s a small space, but we keep it clean. We have a few chairs and the mirrors are usually a bit dusty by the end of the shift because of the Delhi air. We spend most of our time standing on our feet, cutting hair and chatting with the regulars. You get to hear all sorts of stories when you work in a place like this. Some people have been coming to us since we first opened. The BDA Market is a good spot to be in because it’s a local hub. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end places you see in the malls. We are just a local shop where you can get your hair done without any fuss. Sometimes we run out of tea or the air conditioner struggles in the summer, but we manage. It’s just us doing our thing and trying to be helpful to the neighborhood.
