Water Treatment Expert

Our place is at J-A/13-E in Hari Enclave, which is part of Hari Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main road. Water Treatment Expert is what we call ourselves, but we are really just a small group of technicians. We spend half the day out at people's houses and the other half here at the shop. The shelves are full of membranes, carbon filters, and random screws we might need. Sometimes we get a unit that’s so old it’s a puzzle to fix, but we usually figure it out. We’ve been at this address for several years. The neighbors know us as the guys with the blue uniforms. It’s a lot of driving around in the heat. When we are at the shop, we’re usually testing the water quality or cleaning out the storage tanks. We don’t use any fancy software for our bookings, just a big notebook on the desk where we write everything down. If we lose that book, we’re in trouble. The ceiling fan makes a clicking noise that we stopped noticing months ago. It's just a regular local business. We don't have any big corporate goals. We just want to make sure the machines are working so people have clean water to drink. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we get to meet a lot of different people in their homes every single week. It keeps things interesting for us.
