S. K. Enterprises

S. K. Enterprises operates out of C-11 East Vinod Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood, and finding a parking spot near our place can be a real headache most days. The office is small, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We have a lot of shelves lined with files and samples that have been there for quite some time. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic outside and the people always walking by. We spend a good chunk of our morning answering calls and checking what needs to go out for delivery. Sometimes the delivery guys get stuck in the narrow lanes, and we have to go out and help them navigate the turns. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure things don't fall behind. The furniture is a bit worn out, and the computer is old, but it still works well enough for the billing. We keep a ledger for the local accounts because it's easier than typing everything out sometimes. During the rainy season, we have to be careful about the dampness coming through the door, so we keep everything on wooden pallets. It is just a straightforward small business where we know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We stay busy with the routine and keep things moving as best as we can.
